We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
VYNOV is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
We are not liable for lost or damaged packages caused by the shipping carrier. However, if your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@vynov.com with photos, and we will work to resolve the issue.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
